Algo Tradex Mind deals exclusively in Digital Goods and Services. We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) for algorithmic trading. We do not sell or ship physical products (such as hardware, books, or CDs). Therefore, traditional shipping logistics do not apply to our business.
2. Delivery Process
Upon successful purchase of a subscription or algorithm pack, delivery is electronic and automated.
- Immediate Access: In 99% of cases, your account is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Confirmation Email: You will receive a "Welcome" or "Order Confirmation" email containing your login credentials, license keys, or download links within 15 minutes of payment.
- Dashboard Activation: The specific tools or indicators you purchased will be instantly unlocked in your user dashboard.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Timeline: Instant to 2 hours.
- Maximum Timeline: In rare cases where manual verification is required (e.g., for high-value corporate accounts or flagged transactions), activation may take up to 24-48 hours.
4. Issues with Delivery
If you have successfully made a payment but have not received access to the service within 2 hours:
- Check Spam: Please check your email's Spam/Junk folder.
- Verify Payment: Ensure the amount was deducted from your bank account.
- Contact Support: Email us immediately at support@algotradexmind.com with your Transaction ID. We will manually verify and activate your account as a priority.
5. "Shipping" Charges
Since there is no physical transport involved:
- Shipping Fees: ₹0 (Free).
- Handling Fees: ₹0.
- You only pay the subscription or license fee + applicable GST.
6. International "Delivery"
Our services are accessible globally (subject to local laws). Since the delivery is via the internet, international users receive their digital access simultaneously with Indian users. There are no customs duties or cross-border shipping delays.
