1. Philosophy
At Algo Tradex Mind, we believe in transparency. Our goal is to provide high-quality algorithmic trading tools. However, because our products are digital software services that are instantly activated, our refund policy differs from that of physical e-commerce goods. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@algotradexmind.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the subsequent cycle. For example, if you pay for a month on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will continue to have access until January 31st.
- Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, subscriptions may auto-renew. It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription settings.
3. Refund Policy
- General Rule (No Refunds): Due to the digital nature of our products (source code, software access, and proprietary strategies), which cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is active and the software has been accessed.
- Trial Period: We encourage all users to utilise our Free Trial / Demo Period (if applicable) to ensure the software meets their needs before committing to a paid plan.
4. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
We understand that technical issues happen. We may consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:
- Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical glitch.
- Service Failure: If our platform is down or functionally unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the "Exceptional Circumstances" clause:
- Email us at support@algotradexmind.com within 7 days of the payment.
- Include your registered email ID, transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue (with screenshots if possible).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing Timelines
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
- Bank Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your bank's policies.
